Digital Account Protection

Helping your users understand and manage their digital account protection across online services.

The Privacy Interaction SDK allows you to give your users visibility into how their personal data is being held and used by online services. By connecting their digital accounts as virtual presences, the SDK automatically discovers data holders - organizations that have their data - and produces detailed privacy analysis results for each one.

Users gain actionable insight into what data is being collected, how long it's retained, whether it's shared with third parties, and what control they have over it.

Key Features

Virtual Presences

Users connect their online presences, such as email accounts to the platform. The SDK scans their inbox to discover which organizations hold their data, providing a comprehensive map of their digital footprint.

Data Holder Discovery

As virtual presences are scanned, data holders are automatically discovered and cataloged. Each data holder represents an organization that holds your user's personal data, identified by domain name and tracked over time.

Privacy Analysis

For each data holder, the SDK produces a structured analysis of the organization's privacy practices. This includes a privacy score, data category breakdown, retention information, capability signals (e.g., whether account deletion is supported), and aggregated risk indicators.

Actions

For each data holder, the SDK produces a list of account protection actions which the user may wish to carry out, for example unsubscribe or data deletion. These actions may be delegated (the system can execute them on your behalf) or assisted (the SDK will provide instructions and/or sample content for you to use).

Real-time Subscriptions

Subscribe to live updates as virtual presences change state, data holders are discovered, and analysis results become available. This enables live feedback to be given to the user as scanning progresses.
